Apple preparing to launch video subscription service?

Apple may be on the verge of rolling out a video subscription service, says Jeffries analyst Peter Misek. "As part of Apple's roll-out of cloud video services (and eventually an iTV)," he writes in a memo, "we believe Apple has unannounced deals with all/most of the studios/TV networks that are similar to the subscription streaming deal between Amazon and CBS." Specs:
    Mac Pro 3.5 Ghz 6 Core XEON, 1TB SSD,64GB . MBPro 2.2Ghz 480GB SSD, 500GB HD, 16GB
What is going to happen to all the video streaming and cloud apps when ISPs start charging based on the amount of data downloaded by a subscriber. We can already see this beginning with cell phone companies as they initiate capped data plans and band throttling. I don't believe the ISPs will be far behind.

    Specs:
    Late 2013 rMBP, i7, 750m gpu, OSX versions 10.9.3, 10.10
Which is funny because originally, many if not most ISP's had metered service as their main offerings and later removed those limits - it would suck to go back to those days, especially with how many high bandwidth services are out there now as well as how much cheaper bandwidth is costing providers each year.
    My Macs: Late 2013 rMBP w/ 750m, 16Gig ram; 2013 Mac Pro 6 core w/ D700, 16Gig Ram; Mac mini G4, 1.25 GHz, 512m ram (server); Late 2011 11" MBA, 1.8GHz i7, 4Gig Ram, 256Gig SSD, HD3000; Powerbook 12" G4 1.33GHz running Linux; Apple TV (1080p version)
