    In other words, it won't be the least bit surprising if this year's most compelling iPad alternative turns out to be another iPad.

    Really do not personally think products like the Galaxy tab have a patch on the iPad for obvious firmware reason's firstly.
    I don't actually have a iPad at the moment, but I'm hoping for Retina (or some other form of hi def) screen, SD Card slot- extended memory via SD would be AMAZING (however I'm a realist and I know they will more than likely not include the extendable memory).
    If they include these two, I may well have to buy one...
