I agree with Apple on this one. Microsoft need to donate the $1 billion , to the school to do what they (schools) want. The judge really need to look at Microsoft anti-competition practices and punish them. I don't understand how the judge would let Microsoft use their product and payment. When they can define the cost of the product.Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, It's about learning to dance in the rain!
