Apple's iOS 4 features the biggest foundational leap for developers since the company first opened up iPhone OS 2.0 to development, now catching up to the core features of Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

Eh..Mac OS X is the reason why I bought a Mac. iOS is why I bought an iPod touch, because iOS is based off the Mac OS X kernel (in some ways). If the two merge, it won't really bother me (unless Apple decides to remove Terminal, system files and the like- these things make using a computer rather fun...sometimes).

Of course, the reason why I went Apple is because I liked the way the iPods looked (the operating system they run and the design of the device)..and that reminds me to ask, does anyone here think Apple will change the interface of the iPod Classic and iPod nano in the future? (Aside from NOT making either one a touch screen, can one imagine if it would change?) These are just random ramblings..

 iPod touch 5th gen - iOS 7.1.2
 Mac mini Server M10 - OS X 10.9.4
 MacBook Uni L09 - OS X 10.10 PB1
