When i saw the headline i was thinking 'bad batteries' from past events with dodgy batteries but apprently it was the AC

The fire wasn't actually at the main campus.. it was at one of our smaller buildings. Still no good though..

When I saw the title I thought an Apple exec got fired. Anyway, it looks as though Microsoft is starting to realize the threat that Apple poses to their profits.

I was actually driving in that area that same night but didn't know it was at Apple until I turned on the late night news.

I remember thinking a silly thought to myself of "Gee, I hope the price of my MBP doesn't go up". Two weeks later, my new MBP was the same price and smoke-free.
