Hi members,
I got this powerbook 2 days ago, never used a mac and its now frozen.
I have tried shutting it down, and it has hang completely with a busy mouse cursor signal (you know that multicoloured ball rotating around). I need help, am totally new to this kind of stuff.
Thanx.

J.

Well, push the Power button (located in the top right corner) and hold it down for 5 seconds. Then release it. This will restart the computer completely. It should fix the problem.

Out of curiousity, what were you doing when your PowerBook crashed? Mac OS X usually doesn't crash, ever.
QUOTE Thanks
