MacBook Pro - noise from mbp

My less than week old mbp seems to have developed a noise which happens when i turn it on sounds like its coming from the super drive but guessing the hard drive is near there if not i dont know what it is any ideas anyone? Thanks

What does the noise sound like? MBP's do have fairly loud fans.
