MacBook - trackpad upgrade?

hey - just looking at the MB-Air and noticing the new track pad.... does anyone know if they will be releasing an upgrade for the existing macbook as I am looking at getting one of those for the built in optical drive, but the multi-touch feature really grabs my attention.

From what people are saying, no, the MB trackpad isn't capable of the gestures MBA has (pinch, 3-fingers, etc), although if there is an upgrade it would probably be with Leopard 5.2.
