Poerbook 540C Help!

I suppose it goes here, quite an old one i know, but i couldn't resist it as it was free. Anyhows, it has a Magna password on it and i now know why it was free, as there is no emergency disk with it, and the password is unkown. Does anyone have any i dea's to help me? Im fairly new to the world of Mac's, so any help is appreciated, Thanks.

Get yourself 19 floppies, go to
copy the files to the floppies, put disk 1 in drive. Erase the HDD and reinstall the Mac OS.
