ok here is my problem:-
My Dad drop some water on his pb.
Now it turns on but that is followed by three beeps and the sleep light starts blinking.

What should i do??

it is a 15'' 1.25 GHz PB with super drive.

Well those beeps are POST codes. Those beeps tell Apple techs whats wrong with your comp. Since your dad dropped water on it, he might of shorted something out. Best thing to do would to take it in or buy a service manual and see if you can fix it yourself by looking up the POST Codes.
