iBook - Ibook Battery\Start up problems

I have a 14" ibook. I've been having some battery troubles. My ibook would only work when i would plug the AC in. Recently it started turning off automatically (reseting clock every time it did so). I got a new battery off ebay and I reset the PHU. Comp worked fine until battery died, its as if the AC will not charge battery. Problem still occurs. Any suggestions? Is problem with Battery, AC or Computer ? cheers, Nick |
