MacBook - dead pixel..

i notice that were my google search on my right top has a littel tiny black dot just on top of the G on GOOGLE..how can i fix that? it was not there before ..is that a normal thing? how did that happen? kind of bugs me..

yes it there and when im on desktop i still see it and when irun othere progams
