Just came across this memory on Newegg...seems like an incredible deal! I've heard of (and used) G.Skill before, but the fact that there are only three reviews has been a bit of a deterrent for just jumping the gun right now.

Anyone used G.Skill in their MB? I've got a SR 2.2 with 2x512 right now, figured I'd max it out quickly

Thanks!

I just popped it in my 24" imac. This thing is a real powerhouse now. Its even a noticeable difference from the 2 gigs I had in there. With 2 gigs, the RAM would run out before I could get the CPU to max out. Now, the CPU becomes the bottleneck which is a good thing. The "OEM" RAM was Hynix by the way.
