Need Help Lacing mpegs toghether into a dvd

I have 4 mpeg files of a car race, and wanted to lace it into one movie, and then put it on a dvd. what program do i need and how would i do that?

I use something called dropdv. It's a little time consuming but i've got most of my important mpegs on dvd now. You can download the trial for free, try it out, and if you like it, it's $20 for a full license.

im not sure how that program works... it talks about converting the mpeg stream into dv, but i want to connect 5 mpegs that are like 250mb each into 1..
