When I got my Black 2.0GHz a few weeks back I loaded it with the 2GB upgrade kit from Crucial.com. It was about $80 shipped. The price was very competitive, i've heard nothing but good things about Crucial, the RAM arrived packed well and got to me pretty fast. It's been working flawlessly. Though it's only been a few weeks.

Just FYI.
