How much does having a secondary screen slow down my powerbook? (Its the last 17" model released with 2gb ram) My second screen is a normal 17" LCD.
I have been checking Activity Monitor whilst plugging the screen in and out and it doesnt seem to be having any great affect.

It doesn't affect it. It is designed to be able to run an external display.__________________________________________________
