just bought some RAM from here

And the problem is that after i installed in the ibook, it was not recognized. I tried installing into another one and it seemed to recognize it. What is the next step i need to make.

If it worked in one machine and not the other it probably rules out bad ram. Is it possible that the ram is not compatible for the first machine?
