Hey i think the macbook black is the best looking thing apple have ever made, and i MIGHT be considering buying a macbook pro 2.4Ghz, 4GB RAM, 200GB, Applecare, for $2,245.29. As its a bargain and i need to upgrade as i use it for recording music and am having problems with my almost new macbook (which ill have to sell to make up for this purchase).

What i was wandeirng is can you get a black skin for the pro that you could say...cut a little apple out on the front so it still lights up?

Nah, that'll void your warranty.

You could try a Speck case. It's a thin plastic case that snaps right onto your MBP. They're nice, but the plastic is a bit on the soft side, so it tends to get scratch marks easily.

I have a Speck case. I haven't had any problems with mine.

thats cool but you have to buy the whoel macbook fomr them, im buying a second hand macbook pro.....

the other website was cool too but how do they stick to your pro?

i couldnt tell you the best place to get it done but i do know that you can do it yourself somehow but that sounds like it needs some practice but i know that there are companies that do it for all sorts of things from phones to guns so im sure they could do the shell of a mbp. but im also guessin it may void a warrenty:s
