MacBook Pro - Max amount of RAM in my Macbook Pro?

This Macbook Pro was bought around February 2007. Can someone please tell me how much RAM I can put in it? 2 x 2GB or 2 x 1GB??

You can put 3gb into your Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro (1x1gb + 1x2gb). OWC has a great kit for $179 here:

XJ-linux is offline
3GB max. 4GB will go in it, but the unit will not address the additional memory. Some folks say that 2 paired 2GB sticks run faster than a 1 and 2 GB stick setup, but there seems to be not real difference IMHO. I run a 1 + 2 GB setup in my MacBook and it works just fine.
