when booting into OSX on my MBP, the color will initially be normal during the boot sequence, but then suddenly switch to 256 colors (I think, it looks all washed out and excessively bright and most things are hard to read) after 1-2 seconds when the desktop comes up. If i try to switch it back in the display settings, the color is still listed as being in millions, and switching between any of the settings has no effect. i am using boot camp, and I am not having any problems like these when booting into XP pro. I tried reinstalling all of the OSX files but that seemed to do nothing. I am fairly new to macs, and I've had my MBP for a couple months now and absolutely love it. this is the only problem i've had with it thus far. any ideas?
