I can get a Apple Mac Book 1.83Ghz for a really good price. The problem is that it only has a CD/DVD Reader and would like a SuperDrive. Is it possible to upgrade the current drive to a SuperDrive?

You could try the Apple store and see how much it is for the upgrade. If you open the computer, you void the warranty. Try eBay... I don't know if you can find one but it should be possible. Or find someone selling a whole laptop thats broken, steal what you want and resell it.
