Yea, the price went up, so it's priced right along those at Newegg or Crucial

I ordered 1 x Kinstron 1gb and 1 x some other make. It came to 60 ($110). Pretty expensive, here in Britain.

I got mine from newegg.com Crucial memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145048

Two of them and during the $20.00 mail-in rebate period. Total came out to around $60 including shipping and rebates.

Been running them in my MacBook for a week, haven't had any problems.

Best Buy had a sale on their RAM last week, at least here. I ran out and got two 1GB sticks and paid $80. They're Corsair ValueRAM. Nothing special, but so far they've been working great . First time ever upgrading a laptop, too...pretty dang easy if I do say so myself.

My new Macbook came with 2GB of RAM already installed. I only asked for a 1GB RAM + an upgraded HD, and instead I got no upgraded HD and only upgraded RAM. Since this is a new laptop and mistakes like this don't usually happen, I already bought RAM from Canada RAM at the same time. Now I have extra...
