Ok well after this update im considering a macbook and I have a couple quesitons.

1. Does the video card and sound card share the systems ram, so would the 1 Gb be split between those and the computers operation?

2. If i were to dual boot in XP would I be able to connect an external dvd drive (samsung drive) and use it to copy media onto the laptop?

On another note would anyone know why I couldnt access the "More Info" tab on my iMac

Thanks again
QUOTE Thanks

1) The video card is intergrated, which means all the memory is shared.

2) I don't see why not. Although you should be able to do that without booting XP.
QUOTE Thanks
