well here are a few switcher tips:
    1. make sure u quit your programs, not just close the window.
    2. Empty ur cache in safari every day or so. it will free up some ram.
    3. restart every few weeks to keep things running at full speed.
    4. Learn the keyboard shorcuts. Q, Shift -Q, -M, -C and -V will make ur life a lot easier.

    MyMacBook...
Welcome. You will enjoy the experience. I too am a recent convert from PC's with Wondoze. Still use them at work no problems. I just like they way I can do stuff on the Mac that PC's can't and if they can, they seem to miss the mark. Have a look at this post.

Im two months into my first MacBook, and it was one of the best things have ever done to get away from Microsoft, I have not had one problem and although I still have an XP Desktop I really dont use it anymore as the MacBook is so quick and easy, like they say......."It Just Works". I think now I will get myself a Imac later on in the year and dump the Microsoft desktop

FedEx arrived today. I've spent the last 6 hours porting all my data from my old PB (55gbs+).

Just a few more gigs to go!

I do have to say that I like the glossy screen much more than I did in the store. Seems a bit crisper to me.

Oh yea, I have to change my forum avatar to the Black MB box....
