Power Adapter Help..my power adapter just start flickering on and off and part of the rubber has melted near the end. i dont want to plug it for fear of ruining my macbook so i only have 1:12 battery left. does anyone know if apple will take care of this? i live in ohio and there are no apple stores anywhere near me. any help on what i should do will help?

well you should definitely call apple.
not sure if they definitely will replace it free of charge, but you need a new one regardless. do you have applecare or is the macbook less than a year old?Please participate in our Member of the Month polls. Every vote counts! And remember to use the user reputation system!
