hi

macbook gone back to apple

here's the tale of woe

3rd battery
2nd mains charger
2nd top case (disclouration)
2nd hard drive
returned on Apple advice for 2nd Motherboard

one bad apple, will it work properly for the first time in 9 months
since new?

Brendan, it sounds like writing the company would be a good idea with all you've been through! Most companies I've dealt with are responsive to problems expressed in writing . It's nice to know Apple has been a quick responder to articulate emails.

hi guys

thanks for the replies

just heard from apple reseller, and they say they can't fault the
logic board. however, they cannot get it to charge as the battery
has gone dead (again). they have ordered a 4th battery.

i think you both may have a point about putting it in writing, would you trust a computer that was battery 4 - for whatever reason?

If you do choose to email Apple, I would raise that as a core concern.
