I hit the volume first on the keyboard Then I tried the speaker icon in the upper right corner in the top bar Then I tried System preferences and the sound tried boosting the volume on all 3 and nothing I even shut it down for about 45 minutes and re-booted to no avail was working earlier today with no beef I did notice that the start up chime is silent on re-boot I attempted PRAM to no avail I shut down rather than restart I hit the "on" button and waited for the boot sound (since the chime is silent) I waited 2 seconds and then hit the PRAM I got the chime sound, but it didn't ring out as long as it usually does and it got cut short I then proceeded to the music selections in Itunes, and still no sound Last edited by Geoff J; 03-30-2007 at 12:05 AM. |
