    macbook pro really slow
I got a brand new "super fast" Macbook pro with 1.5 gigs of ram. I find it really slow to load the applications, etc. The multicolor rosetta is frequently spinning.

Is there a way to get the thing running faster?

I frequently update the softwares. run the disc application for correcting authorisations, restart the machine, etc.

    Thanks,

    ca
