MacBook Pro - MacBook Pro Screen starting to creek....

Weirdest noise when i push my screen back, or when i am walking with my computer open and the screen is open, you can hear like a creek on the right side of the computer....

do you think this is something i should get looked at? has this happen to anyone on here?
