external HD wont mount. i have a feeling it happend the other night, the plug came out on accident.

image attached, will not mount or repair in osx, or from cd.

???

If I were in your situation I would run DiskWarrior. Do you have DiskWarrior?

If not you might want to try this Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck.
