I am almost certain but i always feel it's best to be 100% certain. I'm running an iBook G4 10.4.7 with 1.33GHz. Can I add this to my mac?

The screen itself is 9.75in and the size edge to edge is 11.25in

14"
1 - PC2100 DDR266 200-pin SO-DIMM (PC2700 supported: however it will run at only 266 MHz)

12"
1-PC2700 DDR333 200-pin SO-DIMM

so yes, it should work fine.
