The adapter light is green, but my battery icon is only showing 16%. Sometimes it seems to charge fine. But days like today I leave it plugged in all day and it doesn't show that it charged at all. Anyone else experience this?

How long since you recalibrated your battery? The instructions are in the user manual if you haven't done it before. If that doesn't fix it, you might have a faulty battery?

Bad DC jack? Wiggle it around and see if the light on the front flickers.

I can't put my hands on my manual right now. Can you tell me how to do it? I was thinking it was a problem with the adapter. It's plugged in now and the light isn't even on.

If it's plugged in and the light isn't on then it's the adapter. Mine did it too and they just swapped it in store.
