Got my "refurb" macbook in and...
Wow. I love Apple. I ordered the Macbook yesterday and voila, it arrived today (Tuesday.) Overnight priority shipping free of charge! The best thing about this computer is that I ordered a refurb 2.0GHz Intel Core Duo with 512mb ram and a 60gb hard drive. Well, that's not what I got. Apple sent me a current model 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo with 1GB ram, 80gb hard drive. There is a dead pixel, but do you think that I care?

also, maybe it's a stuck pixel? search for that, i know there are apps that may unstick a stuck pixel.

This actually happens all the time with Apple refurbis, invisible upgrades. I've hears several stories about iPods

Extremely cool! Everytime I've had to deal with Apple it's been GREAT. Too bad that I can't say the same for some other companies...
