Macbook - Question about top cases

Alright, so say I was going to replace my white keyboard/top case with the one from the black MacBooks... aside from looking freakin cool, it should be fully compatable, right?

I'm pretty sure i've seen it done here on this post. The outside looked like the mac blackbook, while the inside was white.

Can't see any reason it wouldn't work - it's just different colour plastic. However, you could do a bit of this:
