Hello, we're new to Macs and new to the forum. We have a MacBook and I tried to install some software. When it was done it said JVM error. Could anyone tell me what that means and what I need to do to correct it?

Thanks,
J.E.

I am fairly new to Macs, couldn't find anything on the apple website so I googled it. Most of the hits came back as relating to blackberries. Were you trying to install blackberry software?

It may help if you say what you were trying to install. There are some very knowledgeable people on here. You could google JVM error + mac.
