Will this memory work in a MacBook?

I'm looking to upgrade my MacBook from the stock 512MB to 2Gb of RAM. Is this memory compatible?
Seems to be the best price I can find, but if anyone can find it cheaper then please feel free to let me know
Also, can anyone suggest what kind of price I could expect to sell my 512MB stock RAM for? I'd be looking to sell it to offset some of the price of the 2Gb ...

Yes, it will work.
Don't expect to be able to sell that RAM as the minimum laptop's come with today as far as DDR2 is concerned is 512.

I got mine from www.scan.co.uk for £148 delivery and tax etc, Part no. LN13330
I've been unable to sell my 512 only cause it's so popular!
Oh and yes it does work on MacBooks. On a crusade to get all household electricals in Apple white!
