Macbook - Firmware

After downloading the firmware update, my mackbook has been running almost 20 degrees F cooler and the fans turn on a lot sooner. Does anyone else have the same result?

mine now averages arond 51 degrees celcius. however i got a message informing me that i had to restart while i was in the shower and my scree saver popped on. any clue about that?

I just downloaded it...according to my CoreDuo Temp...I'm between 51-57C...!!!

macbook. just go right to software updates under your "blue/graphite" apple. or system preferences

Basically, it will get rid of problems caused by the fan activity (or lack thereof). This includes mooing and overheating, but nothing else.
