Macbook - Selecting e-mail notification sounds

I'm currently using MS Entourage on my Macbook. And I don't particularly like any of the default sounds for e-mail notification. I'd like to use one of my quicktime sound bites- maybe one from "Family Guy". Does anyone know how to do this?

I guess the bigger question is how can I customize any of the sounds?

See this for different for sound sets : link You could possibly reformat your desired sounds as WAV and keep the sound set names exactly, thereby getting it to play something else

EDIT: This link might help also - It has a sound set writing script
