Beginner's question:
How do I delete this message?

(I edited and re-submitted a copy of this message by accident.)

My ibook won't connect at all. There is no dial tone only a feedback meesage reading:

"Could not open the communication device"

Has anyone here experienced something similar or has found a way to fix this?
QUOTE Thanks

I'm having the same problem. I can connect to the internet. I get a pop up, saying, Internet connection: Could not open communication device. Tech support said it is probably software trying to start. Had some kind of antivirus program, tech said delete it. Pop up stopped briefly, then started again and I don't know why. Does anyone have an answer?
QUOTE Thanks
