That S-Video and audio cable will work but it is pretty spendy. I had some generic S-Video and audio cables lying around and the quality looks good on my big screen. More importantly, however, is you'll need the Apple Video Adapter since there is no way you can just plug in the S-Video and audio cable into the iBook and expect it to work (the sound portion will, but not the video since it's not built in).
