I think a PB at this time is your best buy, I know I love my 17in PB. I don't play games so can't comment on that but it does everything asked from me. I've had it now for over 2 years, never crashed and don't even no it's running, very quite. My fans have only come on about 5 times in 2 years. Right now I have 4 tabs, iTunes playing and iChat going, my temp is 104 F
