My speakers have recently started acting up a bit. Every now and then one speaker will stop emitting sound, then a few seconds later it will work fine.
This isn't so much a major issue as it is REALLY ANNOYING!! I suppose I could use headphones all the time, but those start to hurt you ear after a while.
I purchased this iBook in mid-December 2005, and it's still under warranty, so I suppose if the problem persists/worsens, I could bring it in.
Also, when this problem first started occuring, I checked my System Prefs, and the balance was a bit off, I fixed that, doubting it would do anything. It didn't.
Anyone had/have the same problem, or know what I can do about it??
