PowerBook - error codes!!!!!!

I have been having trouble with startup(not) and finally did a hardware scan.
error code: 2stf/3/3:ata-100ata-6-master came up.
Where can I find what this means. I have a baaaaaaaaad feeling that I'm going to be buying a new hard drive.
