I'm not quite sure if this is old news or not, but has anybody heard of the rumor that Apple will be releasing a "consumer" 13.3" MacBook (not Pro) to replace the current iBook line? Speculation has that it will have a 1280x720 13.3" WXGA screen, and will be offered in either a 1.5GHz Intel Core Solo or 1.66GHz Intel Core Duo processor. Like it's big brothers it will include a built in iSight, Apple Remote w/Front Row, the MagSafe power adapter and the MBP's advanced magnetic latching system. No news on wheather or not it will be adapting the MBP's aluminum casing, but this little guy sure sounds like it would be fun, and I personally can't wait to own one of these. Just imagine: the perfect balance between size and power.
