iBook iCal question

While plugging in event into my iCal, I made a few mistakes in setting the alarm times (set 15 minutes before event). Although I figured out how to change the alarm times (to 3 days before event), I can not delete the old settings from the list that pops up when you need to select a time. I know it doesn't effect anything, but it irritates me....Any help is appreciated!
QUOTE Thanks
