hello guys i'm looking for some technical specifications of the macbook pro and macbook air' webcam, i'm doing a college research and i need this for my project.
Anyone who do have any idea of these specification or where i can find them?
I'm getting crazy looking for, please help!!

i need to know:
focal length
Field of view in both directions
resolution in mega pixels
F/#
and some information about the entrance pupil position in relation to the screen glass.
About Isight, and Facetime HD. from 2009 till now.

Mac Specs: 27" i7 iMac, 24" iMac, 13" Macbook Air, iPhone 5 & 5S, iPod Nano 7th Gen, iPad 2 16GB WiFi, iPad 3

I doubt you'll find the specifics about the camera outside of internal Apple documentation.

Yeah...I gotta agree. Sometimes it tough just to get simple megapixel data on earlier built-in web-cam's. Even on newer Apple built-in webcam's there's not a lot of info.

For example...look at the "tech. specs" in the link below for the built-in camera on a new retina MacBook Pro. All you get is "720p FaceTime HD camera":lol
