Hello- I was going to purchase a MBP 13inch with retina for some work and personal gaming but i thought i might try the MBA 11inch instead. Is there much difference between the iris pro and the intel HD5000?

Notebookcheck.com puts the lower spec Iris Pro (not sure if it's the 5100 or 5200 in the MBP) at about 20% faster than HD5000

But you may want to dig around for particular application/games reviews and benchmarks for what you're particularly interested in

External hard disk acquisition addict - but admitting the problem is the first step to a robust backup
