Lombard 333 mhz, 128mb native ram, 64 top, 64 bottom, hitachi travelstar 40gb hard drive, I have the 2.2 processor.

Did a clean install of OS 9 through to 9.2.2, then installed jaguar with no hitch onto the same drive. When I started it up after the installation it hard froze part way through the set up where you enter your personal info, country etc... Now it hard freezes right before that section but after it has done all the loading preferences, finding network extensions.... etc...

I have tried zapping PRAM, starting holding the "apple/splat" key and the "apple/splat" key and s key.

any ideas what to try from here??
QUOTE Thanks
