Screen Issues

My 14" iBook is less than a year old and I am experiencing some difficulties with my screen. When I first time my iBook on everything is fine. But once it has been on for a while the left side of the screen (and the bottom left corner in particular) is dimmer than the rest. This only started a couple of days ago. Does anybody know what's going on?

this is becoming more of a problem with iBooks. there are several threads about this. i dont know what to tell you. find a backlight setting that it is not apparent in and stick with it. if it is brand new call apple and see if they have a fix.
