Hello,

Well I left my macbook alone for about 3 days in my room ,but today when I turned it on the mousepad/trackpad thing won't work. The keyboard works ,but I can't use the mouse. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Got a USB mouse? Try rebooting and running Repair Permissions. Next step is checking the hard drive via the install DVD or Recovery depending on the operating system which you have no provided.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
